About the event
In November of 2025 I will take a group on a 15-day exploration of New Zealand. When the Maori came to New Zealand is still under discussion, but what they brought with them, how they lived and settled in New Zealand is a fascinating history and still influences modern-day chefs throughout the country. Today, New Zealanders prioritize how far an ingredient has traveled, small producers and sustainability of production. Join me for a virtual tour of NZ and what I have learned about their food, history and culture
